Gift Aid declaration

Please treat all subscriptions and any donations that I make from the date this declaration is submitted as Gift Aid donations. I confirm that I pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax in each tax year at least equal to the tax that the Oxfordshire Local History Association (OLHA), and all the other charities that I donate to in the relevant tax year, will claim from HM Revenue and Customs on my Gift Aid donations and subscriptions [OLHA will claim 25p of tax on every £1 you give].
